At Eastern Media LLC, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel our services. Below are the guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

How to Cancel

If you wish to cancel our services, your request will be processed within five (5) business days. Any payments made for services not yet delivered after the cancellation date may be eligible for a refund, as per our refund policy.

Cancellation Guidelines

  • No refunds will be issued for completed project milestones.
  • If a cancellation request is made during an ongoing milestone, you may receive a 25% refund for that milestone.

Refund Policy

Pro-Rated Refunds

If you have paid the full amount upfront, you may qualify for a refund for the unused portion of the service. Refund eligibility depends on following the required cancellation notice period.

Cancellation After Work Has Started

If you cancel after the project has begun but before completion, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any additional amount paid beyond that will be refunded.
